This ring looks like a more expensive ring, it compliments white gold rings well. So if you get this ring and your bride to be gets white gold, both look comparable. It is shiny, yet not overpowering. The lightweight and comfort fit make it easy for someone who is not use to rings to wear. My husband lost his wedding band and we just do not have the funds right now to replace the white gold one that he had. However, he LOVES this ring!
