I know that for what I paid for this ring there would be a chance it could be a "to good to be true" situation but based on all of the reviews I gave it a shot. My husband dropped it on a tile floor and it almost split completely up the side. Again, for what we paid I wasn't too worried about it but figured I'd contact customer service and see if there was anything they could do. In less than 24 hours they had emailed me asking about the correct size and said it would be shipped immediately. Within minutes of my response, I had another email saying it was being sent today. The person was very friendly and quick to respond. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past with a lot of companies, so it's refreshing to see the opposite.
