I purchased 2 of these a 9 and 9.5,since I had sized my finger at a jeweler. With that said I know sizes can run differently and Amazon gladly swapped the 9.5 for a size 8. I have since kept the size 9 in case my finger gets larger so I have a matching ring. I do like the style and matte finish of the ring, it is comfortable to wear once you get the correct size
The scratches I noticed after about a week of wear. This is very disappointing because that was the entire reason I purchased a Titanium ring. It is not like I even work in a rough environment, I have a office job so the most dangerous thing the ring as contacted is a file cabinet . I would post a picture of the scratches if I knew how. My advice is if you are a mechanic or something along that line avoid this ring. I am actually pretty shocked because it is not like we are talking abut fine surface scratches but they are deep enough you can feel them with a fingernail running around the circumference of the ring.
It may just be that I have a fluke, but seeing as I am now married it is not like my wife would let me remove it to send back in and the size 9 I have might fall off. haha
