This ring is easily half the price of similar rings in "big box" stores. Fit is great and comfort-fit makes it, well comfy to wear. All in all a great purchase. Looks great on my hand...
My ring was manufactured by Benchmark. They offer a lifetime limited warranty and some free services. Not sure if this ring qualifies so I'll call their customer service to verify. Worth a shot!
Yes, platinum and palladium are "soft" and scratch with everyday use. But, these metals also buff out easily and do not physically lose metal like gold rings do over the years. Very happy with purchase. Delivered to Australia in record time, the ring is exactly what we were after and how described. Looks even better than the ones we checked out in-store, but at half the price. Palladium is a soft metal, so will scratch if abused.. but it sounds as though the previous reviewer should have done more homework. You can hardly blame Amazon for the properties of a particular type of metal.

My new husband loves the ring and I do too, but was disappointed that I had to purchase the warranty separate. So the cost is actually more. I saw the same ring @ Gemvara for less then the cost of this ring plus the cost of the warranty . Will look closer before I purchase jewelry from amazon.
